Yarn is not overlapped while
winding on to the spool. Each circle will
have 0.5 to 1.0 mm distance from another circles.
It makes HPF 85 Series much more sensitive
to yarn tension than other types of HPF Positive
Feeders.
The body of the feeder is finished very smoothly
Due to special treatment on the feeder there
is no danger of the yarn producing static
electricity.
Due to the above two special features fluff
does not stick on to the feeder.
One each knot catcher has 6 slit sizes, 0.4,
0.6, 0.8, 1.0, and 1.2.
Equipped with very sensitive stop motions.
It can monitor most of the situations like
yarn breakage, unequal tensions & fluff
mass to increase the quality of knitted fabric.
While yarns are feeding, it can control the
feeding speed and tension, keeping them at
the same feeding speed, making yarn tension
even and reducing the twist of needles. Therefore,
it prevents machine from shutting down
