Characteristics:
1 This device adopts an adjustable, continuous and jet
- output structure. This device is a delicately designed
oil feeder, which meets the lubrication demand of knitting
machines.
2. This device is equipped with a timer. It can be adjusted
with two stages for oil feeding time and its interval.
3. The unit of oil feeding is 0.1 second and the unit
of interval time is "minute" the oil feeding
time can be adjusted according to the shaft revolution
of the knitting machine. For example, the shaft or knitting
machine is20rpm, them 60 seconds 20rpm=3 seconds. The
oil feeding set time will be 3 seconds. This will not
have lubrication dead angle take place, and the needle
head may not easily wear out.
4. The device for oil feeding time and interval time is
equipped with a power-failure memory. It can count reversibly
and blinks so the user can clearly see the oil Feeding
condition.
5. Oil tank is equipped with an oil detector. When oil
is insufficient, red lamp, will respond at the appropriate
time
